You know, since I posted that I have noticed that my MP3 player (15,000 songs) has been playing a lot of really great instrumentals. I listen 3 hours a day on my commute.

Seems like it's trying to get even with me for the disrespect. Just today, I heard 40 Miles of Bad Road, and Tracy's Theme.

...and thank you, I was just being stupid that day.

Not to mention Floyd Cramer and Bert Kempfert on Friday last week. I did think, at the time I played them on WCAO, that they were "turntable hits," but now I really like them.

I never actually bought records then, except for a few stereo LPs when stereo came out.
