Joe, as I mentioned before, I NEVER knew this. Though I confirmed it with one of those Top 40 chart books. Below is a different song, you can hear Bobby stop playing the piano! No fancy overdubbing here! He sings and plays! I assume the person who's doing the instructing from the recording booth is Ahmed Ertegun, founder of Atlantic Records! He was Bobby's Producer. Jerry Wexler felt that no one knew Bobby was White and would fit well with Atlantic, primarily a Black artist label. I think that's stretching things a bit, since I NEVER thought Bobby was black. But more importantly, I need to find out who the girl musician is, she sounds black. She was the root cause of Ahmet getting upset! Take care my friend! Best,
