Playing songs over the internet is one thing. Creating shows and archiving them with an access cost and creating custom CDs is another. I don't believe Bob has any more rights to create CDs than anyone else, free or otherwise.

And quite honestly, if I were a member of that Royalties Panel, this is what I'd be looking at very carefully.
