Just for your information the Flirtations never had a UK chart record.
But Johnny Johnson & the Bandwagon were certainly bigger in the UK than the US with 6 top 50 songs (2 reaching the top 10)as against none in the US.There biggest & first hit was in 1968 " Breaking down the walls of heartache" which reached no.4 & their last success was "Blame it on the pony express" which reached no.7 in 1970
