The Flirtations didn't chart!? I thought the UK was all about Northern Soul! :-) Yeah, Breaking Down...., I think made it to #119, in the US, but was a regional hit in Philadelphia! I love that song! Such raw soul energy, unlike their other songs. I was told by someone in the UK that it also got played at UK Soul Clubs, in the early '80's. I had Johnny's album, with Breaking Down.... A stroke of luck, since it's pretty rare here, on Epic (US), Dimension (UK)! Thank you, Alan!!!!
