Subject: RE: SIGNAL MEN ENTERTAIN!

Message Detail:
"I often wonder what would have happened to Myer after his exile and subesquent dismissal from the service in 1864 if he could not have afforded to continue lobbying to regain his former position of CSO in the Union Army."

I see the question was originally yours Ray, not Dave's, and I completely over looked it. Sorry about that.

Trust me when I say that you are no slouch when it comes to posting substantive entries. You, Mark Hageman, Pete Eisen, Noah Briggs and a number of others are right up there chipping away and slinging the mortar into our collective history-sculpture.

The momentum is definitely there and if you ask me --- its becoming quite a work of art.

Walt
