Subject: Libery Code

Message Detail:
Gentlemen,

Submitted for your review:

Ok, here we go, I'm sure you'll all find stuff to tear apart, but let me tell you this is a damned easy code to memorize, to send, and to translate. Emphasis is placed on the numerics actually making sense to the code being sent.
I used this on the field last week and all I can say is I had two newbies rattling this stuff off like lightning and messages were being translated and passed along to command faster than I've ever seen in the past.
So look it over and let me know your input.
Things like Emergency codes I'd like to try to keep the same across all code systems.
