Walt, have you had a chance to go through your e-mail?
Many modelers, esp. those with smaller boats, might feel more comfortable with a portable fresh water pond on the pier (space permitting). Though there are some big 'uns that might enjoy a run in the brine!
Sounds like you might be able to get some help from the South Orange Seaport Society.
