Yes, the CG does stand for Coast Guard. I retired after 27 years of active duty. When I was stationed in Florida, our club held a few "Tugboat Regattas" and they were fun. We typically had about 50 tug models, ranging in size from 14 inches to over 4 feet. About half of the models had working fire monitors or water cannons -just the thing to cool off little kids and dogs.

I have posted information on your event on the SSMA board. The closest SSMA club is Task Force 50 in York, PA; about an hour north of your location.
