Yes, I'm afraid to say, I am the C.E. but there are three other engineers as well. I can't seem to find the photos that you (Wally?) mentioned in your original message, so I don't know your tug's name, location, &c. Since you have to use a boat to get to her, sounds like quite a challenge. When we first started on the BALTIMORE we had a rotted pier, a 20' chasm to cross over using two 2x12s, and electricity we snagged from the next property over. Strung up fluorescent fixtures which, of course, had to be left on 24 hrs. a day during the winter. They were the 'good ol' days'! Tell us about your boat with the asbestos. Steve
