 That someone here may be able to identify.The photo to me is very old on hardboard and maybe around cr. 1900 more or less. there is a hugh brick building with 4 steam stacks in the background on the other side of water (bay or river).the tug has a bunch of flags on it an American flag an L flag an R flag and another I cant make out...There is a large L on the smoke stack of this tug.My mom has written on the back of the photos cardboard insert "Chesapeake Marine Railway Co date ???. This photo is old and like I said has to be about 1900 and there are many men standing around on the Dry Dock and several on the tug itself..I am unable to find my GGrandfather if he's there I cant make him out with my computers software I am not that savy with computer but I am hoping somone here would know what tug this is and I am happy to share it my direct email is algbas@gmail.com Thanks again, Ann Goodwin |
