The Beautiful barque, called the RAINBOW, was launched from the ship-yard of Mr. W. Skinner, Sr., south side of the basin on yesterday morning. She is a fine specimen of Baltimore ship building, and highly creditable to the builders. She is owned by Messrs. James Hooper & Sons.
