Bob, as Tyrone Davis once sang, I don't think you can Turn Back The Hands Of Time. If there was money to be had with 100%, True Oldies station, someone would have jumped on the bandwagon, even Commercial radio. While I'd love to believe there is a large demand for older, vintage material, I honestly don't think there is. One hint is how quickly older material moves in the Audio CD bins. Granted, maybe people aren't buying CDs, like they used to, but still. Oldies stations around my area have either dropped the '50's material (full-time) or broadcast oldies, part-time, never 24/7. So many college and university stations sprouting, with a wide mix of material. Don't think Copyright Royalty Board will be stopped. Look how Congress ignored the people, with little money, over DMCA. Best wishes, sir. John
