I will agree that items 3,4, and 5 are a plus. What I'm saying is that I miss those D.J.s from the 60's with their unique way of doing music, and YES the commercial breaks were somthing that I guess made the music that much better after the commercials. It's the anticipation I believe. When you have music all the time, there's no build-up waiting and trying to guess what the next song will be. It's sort of like Spring without Winter.
