Being an avid CD collector, I find it odd that: Glenn Campell's - "Where's The Playground Susie" is hard to find. Was found on CD, published abroad, not in the USA. Nat King Cole's - "That Sunday, That Summer", only recently surfaced on a EMI-Capitol CD, after being omitted on many others.
