Jesse Belvin, in my mind, was a very good singer!! But I'm guessing vocals + big band songs were (sadly) beginning to fade (popularity) in the early '60's.

Still trying to find a way to do a radio show in this area, since I know what was once played. But, sadly, the monopolies have taken over, and as another put it, they play the same songs, over and over, until you die! As I told one local station, radio, these days, doesn't need radio/music talent, just bodies that obey! Like Big Gov. turning sour, no one really cares! As I feel, the rise and fall of America.
