This isn't great sounding, not much for me to work with; had to take extreme action to make it sound somewhat presentable. The song appears close to being finalized, but horns (saxophones) would later supersede the electric work (overdubbing). I stand by my claim that Jagger is singing "... just like a young girl's cherry". At Forgotten Hits, someone asked what would have happened without The Beatles. My guess, since before this thing called Rock & Roll, people had more class. Outrageous lyrics and album covers would not have been welcome (Sticky Fingers album cover was ban in some countries, even renamed Itchy Fingers). But teenagers wanted to prove their freedom of expression, brought on by groups, like The Rolling Stones. When The Beatles found girls no longer attended their live shows, they turned to males for attention, and supported drug use, hid away in recording studios. They were once respectable looking (looked better than initially found), but turned tattered looking, just to fit-in. Disco music would later bring back some classy looks. Anyway, you can hear a glimpse of Al Kooper's piano playing bleed through here.... 1:24 minute snippet:
