Subject: Simulcasting - Illegal?

I thought, at one time, that was illegal to do, so, I guess, you couldn't create a monopoly!!!

Okay, maybe different radio bands it's allowed? I mean, CBS has a 610kHz AM station, with a simulcasted 94.1MHz FM station!! It becomes confusing since a "94" is mentioned on the AM band!!!
