I agree with your sentiments. Your observations mirror those of many who want desperately to see radio return to the way it used to be, and for thousands of people, the way it SHOULD be.

If you get a chance, tune in the station during the day. We have by no means arrived. Still have a ways to go.

However, we are trying to create engaging, fun, and you might say 'unpredictable' radio. To whatever degree we're making or not making progress, we're having a great time doing it.
