In fact, I'll start compiling the tunes now. Songs like 'The Georgia Militia Eatin' Goober Peas', 'Camptown Races', and how about the hottest hitmaker of that day, the dynamic first Godfather of Sole...the walking man himself, Stephen Foster?

Julia Ward Howe's 'Battle Hymn Of The Republic' would certainly make the Top 20 at least, number 19 with a bullet...or would that be number 19 with a musket?

And if we need 'fill music'...maybe we can pick one or two from the big album, 'The Temptations Sing Negro Spirituals'?

If possible, I'll dig up a couple of airchecks from back in 1861. I understand that Richmond radio had it going on back then!
