Yes, greed. Seems one (undisclosed) producer and Allen Klein (ABKCO) fought over the Cameo-Parkway material. I'm sure numerous court battles. If you ask me, neither deserve the rights!! When I, Joe nobody, had to tell the producer what was issued in Stereo, on vinyl, he didn't do much for the songs! Wish I knew more about the past activity at Cameo studio.
