Subject: What song is this?

My memory is SHOT!!!
What 1950s song is this? (NOT the Frank Sinatra song.) "Cause he's got high hopes, a precka-precka-precka he's got high hopes...."then the singer goes into a falsetto. Terrific melody. You'd think it would be titled "High Hopes" but it's not.

Appreciate any help here because I'm losing sleep over this.

Oh and by the way. Nothing beats the Oldies.
