Welcome, Jim! I must admit, knowing what can be and what can't be said on radio (w/o hiring a high power lawyer) is confusing!! Like, I had in mind mentioning what CD I was playing, who made it, its name, etc.. The FCC needs to publish a Broadcasting For Dummies book!! Just hope the FCC doesn't keep good records, because they'd find they issued me a citation during my CB Radio days, when I'd apply for LPFM!!! :-)

Oh, and some LPFM transmitters are known as "exciters", not like that girl group. The exciters are used to drive higher power FM transmitters!
