What was the question?

Jim replied....

Not too sure, something about "Kum Ba Ya" I think.

Anyway, you're right - JFK is mentioned in stereo.

Actually, that could make a good quiz - hit songs which mentioned presidents!

JFK - in at least two songs - "PT109" and "Avraham Martin & John", but there must be more.

I have a feeling that Billy Joel mentioned one or two but at this hour of night, I am getting a bit vague.

I remember a second, but did it chart?

"Lyndon Johnson" by Tom Paxton.

Now let's see....

After Johnson came Nixon (he played a mean piano), then Ford, then Carter, then Reagan, then Bush Sr., then Clinton (he played a mean sax), then Bush Jr, and now Obama.

Surely, at some stage, at least one of them was mentioned in a hit song?

C'mon John - rescue me.

And be fair - if this Board is going political, remember I'm a foreigner so what would I know?

I only paid attention to the music - so give me a chance!
