For me, it was first a reissued LP of Canned Heat's best hits, on Liberty Records. Not only abridged, but obviously compiled from tape source that should have been destroyed. Then, CD's very HISSY sound. Even took my first CD played back, not because I wasn't pleased with it, I wasn't pleased with the garb' record companies spewed out!
