Subject: RE: Carl Dobkins, Jr. - My Heart Is An Open Book - 1959

Message Detail:
Yeah - I actually went to see Buddy Knox as he had an association with Norman Petty, and I wanted to ask him about his days in Clovis.

It was a huge rockabilly festival - and Carl Dobkins went down very well altogether. He would have been close to sixty I would say then, but he looked and sounded great.

There was a third US rockabilly act on the bill but for the life of me, I cannot recall who it was right now.
