 ... as seen in this ('75-'76) Marantz Co. ad? What first gold record did he have? What was his most popular recording? He seems to be a C&W artist... Anyway, Quadraphonic was still selling in 1976. This particular receiver was only a mere $1250 (USD)! But look at all the controls and buttons! More confusing than a computer, to most! But it played both matrix and discrete 4 channel source material! However, "whatever comes down in the future" was no longer 4 channel. Thanks!! Have a great holiday! Best, |
