 When we (as a kid) were on vacation, I heard this playing on the radio; I immediately liked it, probably because of the big band swing! Anyway, over the weekend, I found what appears to be a '60's fanzine of Wayne Newton - tabloid size. In there is photos of Wayne and others. I scanned one of the actual recording session photoS of this hit, Danke Schoen. Also seen in the photo is arranger, Perry Botkin. Neat to see the inside of the recording studio, as the hits were being made. Best, |
