I like that song! (Issued on a Various Artists, Dick Bartley CD), maybe others. Never saw an exclusive CD.

I can tell Jimmy Vincent was "old fashion". The selection if songs he had Jimmy Angel sing doesn't strike me as modern "hit" music! Jimmy Angel would imitate singing styles; no unique sound of his own. However, I admired Vincent for trying!

Notes:

I did hear an "different" sounding version of The Cascades hit! Weak vocals (what I TRIED to make stereo out of).

If the (stereo) backing track was used for Jimmy Angel, wonder why has no one has published Jimmy Clanton's Blue Jeans song in stereo?! You think they trashed his vocal track?? Weird.

There's a couple different phone numbers on this older Ace US CD (Jimmy Angel). Boy, I would be calling just to get all the backing tracks to all Ace hits!!!!
