Wow! Where did you find my stereo? Haven't seen it in years. You know, even today, I still use a tube-type vocal amp as it produces a much richer and preditable sound than the newer amps. Plus, with use a glance you can usually spot what wrong with it. A bad tube doesn't light up. Yes, you can still purchase tubes. Plus many people are re-discovering them and it seems they are making a come back. Just like vinyl records are back in demand. Imagine that! |
