Yeah, I have to disagree as well. I was in Baltimore a couple of weeks ago and emceed a concert featuring the Van Dykes...the group out of Annapolis who recorded 'Stupidity' on Atlantic that charted in the fall of '62. Over 1,000 dancing people. Although there were more than a few beer bellies and gray manes in evidence, the crowd showed moves and agility out on the floor that would put 20 and 30 year olds to shame. Believe me, oldies ain't dead...and specifically the 50's and early 60's! Bob...go to one of the gigs in your area sometime and you'll see it for yourself.
