Subject: Our Friend Jimmy Dee

Dear UOR Family,

I write this to you at 1:56 AM here in Alabama.

Last week, Jimmy Dee and I spoke by phone for well over an hour. He talked about a lot of things, including his faith in the Lord and his love for oldies...and mentioned you all as well.

Jim would never ask for money from anyone, but there is an obvious need here. Steve Burrows articulated the situation quite well.

Therefore...I would like to start a fund raiser for Jim right here on the site. This will go to help him with his expenses.
