As I say, it, sadly, takes money to make money. Asking is one thing; demanding is another.

On another note, I notice "News" radio stations offer sports talk. Sports is not news, but entertainment.
I even let KYW 1060 AM (CBS Broacasting), know how I felt about their "sports". I learn nothing from it. I gather they include it to keep their male listeners happy. Probably also why they have to give away free laptops to keep their listeners :-)
