My PC situation here has changed during the last few months. Before then, I used to listen to UOR exclusively on Windows Media Player. We had no Real Player on our computers since 2001, and I didn't mind because WMP's sound quality was far superior anyway. Earlier this year many of us in the office--me too--got new PCs, our basic program setup was altered, and as a result Real Player became available to me for the first time in over 7 years. For some reason I have been unable to download your programs thru WMP and mp3 ever since, but have no problem making the connection via Real Player.

Maybe you have a suggestion or two as to what could be wrong with my WMP setup. It no longer shows the full player with all the different audio and video modes; instead, the only thing that's displayed now is the long narrow silver bar with the moving ball. It can still download smaller sound files, but maybe 1-2 hour programs are too much for it to handle. What do you think?
