Also, I want to add, even though it's not related, from what I understand, it's less expensive to publish/license US songs, such as in the UK. Over here, in the US, you pay per song. Elsewhere, however, you buy them in bulk price! I often see the UK (an others) record companies offering way more than what the US record companies do, with the number of songs per dollar, on CD!
