You're absolutely right. Number #2 in the summer of '75. I should have checked my Whitburn book. I stand corrected.

At the time I introduced the song on the program, I was well aware of 'LTLYB' and knew it was out a couple of years before 'I Feel Love'. However, my memory didn't equate that debut as have achieved Top 5 status.

Donna had a few releases in between her first two major hits, including music from her 'Four Seasons Of Love' album.

I think her 'Winter Melody' single from that particular LP is one of the most poignant and sentimental songs I have ever heard. If you're in a certain mood, the arrangement can really bring out some deep personal reflections.

It is one of my all-time favorite Donna Summer tunes from a lady who gave us more than a few.

I'll try to give your show a listen on Friday night. Keep on playing that solid gold.
