It is 6am (apparently) in Dothan, Alabama (it is 12 noon here in Ireland), and Bob Mathers has just read the news.

Never heard him doing the news before. Nice mix of news -the Palin/Biden debate, the death of a local mayor, traffic news etc.

Bob also seems to be handling the breakfast show - starting off with Roy Hamilton's "Don't Let Go" followed by The New Christy Minstrels followed by the Bee Gees "To Love Somebody" followed by Bo Donaldson & The Heywoods.

Bob is also giving out facts and figures about each record - similar to what he does on the countdowns.

Very informative.

I have now definitely made up my mind.

As soon as I can find out where Dothan is - I'm moving there.
