While you have been away, I sampled one other "oldies" web radio station. They used a Live365 stream. To get to the stream, I had to go to Live365's site, and pop open windows required javascript and all that crap, just to get to the stream. I finally get the stream, in WinAmp, but the Stereo/Mono indicator registers Mono! I contact the DJ and he claims everything is fine on HIS end and no other listeners complained.
Okay. He contacts Live356 support and they tell him to have me check my Balance control in WinAmp! And if that didn't work, use the player that Live365 provides! Yeah, right, like I'm going to install it or whatever! I contact Live365 myself and they asked if I have the MP3Pro plug-in installed for WinAmp. I tell them "No!". No definite cure at the moment, but that's PROBABLY it! It's how the DJ encoded!

While Live365 may be popular, they advertise and suggest you "Buy" the music that's playing! They're into it more than just streaming!

I really admire how you set things up at Spacialnet! No problems connecting, even at 56k, no ads, no Mono/Stereo issue problems, etc.!
Most practical, most logical!

You, sir, deserve a Gold Medal!!!

Best,
John
