All,

Hi!

Hope everyone is doing well.

I was listening to radio station, WCBM (680 A. M. - - - - Baltimore, Maryland) and the announcer said that " Elvis Presley has died! " I sat there for a few minutes then walked out the room and told my parents. We were all in shock!

Starting at 7:00 P. M., WCBM's Jack Edwards presented a 5 hour Elvis Presley tribute which included every Elvis record and many interviews. This was one of the best tributes I have ever heard.

On Labor Day weekend of 1977, WCBM did it's annual Top 300 Listener's Favorites Countdown. The listeners would send a postcard listing their 3 favorite songs of all time. The cards would be tabulated and the countdown would be presented on Labor Day weekend. 98% of the Top 30 Listener's Favorites were Elvis songs including THE ENTIRE TOP 10! This shows the impact that he had on popular music and culture.

Have a safe, beautiful and Blessed day and weekend in Him.

Take Care!

S - M - I - L - E !!!

God Bless You All.
