Hi!


The song is “ Make Believe “ on the “ Life “ Label and it peaked at #28 in 1969 according to Billboard Chart.

This was studio group featuring Tony Orlando before his pre – Dawn days.

The song was written by Joey Levine and Bo Gentry.

Joey was part of the groups, “ The Ohio Express “ with hits like “ Yummy, Yummy, Yummy” (Their biggest hit – Top 5 in 1968), “ Chewy Chewy “ and “ Down At Lulu’s “ and “ Reunion “ who’s only hit was a top 10 in 1974 “ Life Is A Rock (But The Radio Rolled Me)”.


Bo has written songs for Tommy James And The Shondells.

One of their songs written partly by Bo was “ Mony Mony “ – Top 5 in 1968.
