2. Name of the famous guitar player who produced this single.

Definitely Jimi Hendrix! He is supposed to have played on it also. But did he?

The six songs were "Party Doll", "Chantilly Lace", "Whole Lotta Shaking Going On", "Blue Suede Shoes", "Sweet Little Sixteen" and "Long Tall Sally".

The single came out on Polydor, and was from an album titled "The Street Giveth And The Street Taketh Away", which came out a few years back on CD.

One of the members was Larry Israel Packer who worked with The Band later on. Another member was Charley Chin who played later with Buffalo Springfield.

They had a number of albums but the above is the only one I have.
