We have come up with a solution regarding the occasional and very irritating 'drag' on the on-demand programs (countdowns and other shows). A piece of conversion software allows me to forego using the traditional windows media encoder...which unfortunately slows the bitrate when the cpu is high on my computer...thus causing the 'drag'. As time permits (sometime in the next 5 years hopefully) we'll go back and re-convert the other countdowns and shows that experienced these issues. Thanks for your patience...& as Mr. Kasem once said...and now on with the countdown!
