Bill, locally, the oddest one here was radio station KYW. Great if you wanted to hear your NEWS (not music) or the commercials in Stereo, they were they way to go! Now, they have gone HD, along with WOGL-FM, both Philly, both CBS owned.

AM Stereo wasn't all that bad, but you needed a nice strong signal to make it shine! My only AM Stereo radio was a Sony Walkman. It was able to decoded (3) or so AM Stereo transmission standards.
