Hi Alta,

You just told me what the problem is.

The 'Q' stands for Quick Time.

Here's what you will need to do if you want to listen to the programs.

Go into your control panel...click on ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS...and remove Quick Time from your computer.

That will take care of the issue...and removing Quick Time will not affect your computer or ability to hear programs.
