Seems when many of these masters went on CD for the first time...alternate takes or even re-mixes of the originals were used. Why? Probably as many different reasons as there are songs. It was a bad move to question why. I'll tell you why, because Universal Music and its "strategic marketing" knows exactly what you want and what you remember. To the best of my knowledge, this version is only contained on their deluxe, high priced CD set. Forget that Millennium CD piece of cow dung. When Universal needed to make even more money, acting like they care about the environment, and began publishing CDs with cheap recycled foam and cardboard! Not even a CD booklet! I'd like to think it was online, but I never found one with thier supplied link. If there is one record company I want to see fold, it's Universal Music. Maybe Obama will put them in the grave with windfall profiting! Have a great one, Bob! :-) BTW Hi Kev! Best, |
