Thanks Alan - I knew there was some connection, but as I get older....

Anyway, that was one great bass voice on "Mother In Law".

Now and then you got those sort of quirky voices - the bass voice on "Please Stay" by the Drifters, and also that real cutting-edge voice on the Jarmels "A Little Bit Of Soap".

Incidentally, do you recall a UK cover version of "Lipstick Traces"?

Possibly an album track.

Thought it might be by Chris Farlowe, or one of those bluesy acts, but probably mistaken as it seems not to be listed anywhere.

More than likely imagined it anyway.
