Subject: I think I've got it!

Message Detail:
"Get It On" was a Top 40 hit for Chase in the summer of 1971.
"(Bang a Gong) Get It On" went Top 10 for T. Rex in '72.

Even though T. Rex had other charted records here, the one we all know and love was their only US Top 40. But they were a major pop music group in the UK, with many big singles.
