In the early 70's I used to play soccer for a local team & like all youngsters we either drove old cars or our father's cars.
Rod Stewart who was a very good player used to play on an adjoining field & after his first chart success he drove up to play in his brand new Ferrari.
Today he lives fairly near to me in the middle of a forest & has his own full size soccer pitch in his back garden !!!!!
