Bob, let's put that bible aside for a moment. It's just like when James Brown passed - I expected record companies and radio stations to take advantage of it, and they did! It's nothing new, humans are humans. It would be "different" if you often played Ike's tunes, but I haven't heard you do so. So, why now? Just because he's deceased? However, you do (I'm sure) play Dan Fogelberg's songs, so why not compile a show of his talent? He recently passed, and I CAN relate to his POPULAR music. I'm not saying Ike's "accomplishments" do not exist, but like others who past, you'd never know it, if someone didn't tell you! I gather he was best known for song writing, little more. I won't touch Christmas Music! Lord, save me! Save that for a rainy day!! :-) Merry Xmas! Best,
