I am not familiar with the CD you refer to. Is this a CD of commercials from the sixties? If so, I do not have it, but would not mind knowing more about it! I know the "How Pretty Can You Get" theme was a major Revlon theme, and a number of girls and girl groups did it, so it is possible that it is the Shangri-Las doing the vocals also. Revlon used to record two promos - one vocal and one spoken, and then splice them together. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it sounded a bit artificial. Without hearing the vocals, I could not be certain, but it could easily have been the Shangri-Las singing. It certainly was Mary Weiss speaking - she has a very distinctive voice. Having said that, Shangri-Las did commercials for a number of firms, including Coca Cola, but I do not recall a clothing manufacturer. John wrote Good to see you.
